LWV Duluth members have registered 113 voters at 9 events so far this year with at least 12 events remaining between August 27 and September 30. Thank you so much to the 22 volunteers who’ve made this happen! In addition to registering voters, our presence at community events helps remind people to vote in upcoming elections and increases visibility for the League.
We’re still looking for volunteers for National Voter Registration Day at the West Duluth Library
(9/16), Chester Bowl Fall Fest (9/20), and Lester River Rendezvous (9/27). Volunteering is a great way to get to know other members and to learn more about the community we live in.
