We encourage you to join the League of Women Voters or renew your membership.
Your membership powers three organizations that defend democracy on a daily basis: LWVUS, LWVMN and LWV Duluth. LWVUS and LWVMN play an integral role in supporting LWV Duluth and also lobby on positions on behalf of the League at the State and National levels. LWV Duluth has no paid staff, and we rely on fundraising, grants and donations to support our local efforts.
Annual Dues Schedule
The recommended dues amount for all members across the country is $75, but members can pay any amount.
When paying online, the minimum dues rate is $20.
LWV Duluth members who would like to pay $0-$19 should fill out
the paper membership form, below, and pay by personal check.
LWV Duluth members can also renew or add a membership for another person using the sliding fee scale.
(*Each member will need a separate, unique email address.)
How to pay for your membership
1. Online Payment (preferred)
You will be able to pay by credit card OR direct transfer from your bank account (ACH).
You will receive an automatic email reminder when it is time to renew the following year.
Your payment is broken into three parts: LWVUS, LWVMN, LWV Duluth. So, payment will appear as
separate transactions on your credit card statement or bank account.
Optional: You will also be able to make an additional donation to LWV Duluth using the portal,
found on the page following the dues payment page.
2. Personal Check
You will be able to complete a paper membership form.
You will write a personal check payable to LWVUS.
Optional: You will also be able to make an additional donation to LWV Duluth
with a personal check payable to LWV Duluth.
