League of Women Voters of Duluth Environmental Action Committee

About the Environmental Action Committee (EAC)

EAC aims to be a diverse source of environmental information and opportunities for members to actively participate in solutions. Typically, meetings feature a short presentation followed by member reports on environmental topics and EAC initiatives. Member discussion and questions are encouraged

                                  Meetings

The EAC meets monthly September through April.  November and December meetings are combined. This is usually the third Monday of the month but is subject to change. The format helps to better understand environmental issues. Between meetings, time-sensitive information is relayed through email alerts and may include opportunities for actively supporting or opposing policy and legislation.

The first and last meetings of the year are in person and the other meetings are virtual.
