LWV Duluth Panel Debate
"Should the U.S. keep the Electoral College Vote or use the Popular Vote?"

The 2016 Election raised the question, is the Electoral College fair? Is it still needed? Guests will be asked to vote for Electoral or Popular Vote prior to the panel and then again, after the panel discussion.
